What is your role at KUDO?
I am a Client Manager at KUDO. It is my job to make sure that clients are as happy as they can be with our solutions, and that they are getting the most from what we offer. I love meeting clients and (hopefully!) delighting them with high-quality service.
Most memorable experience in the interpretation industry?
I think my most memorable experience was interpreting during an emergency exercise at a nuclear power plant in France. It was absolutely fascinating to get an insight into how these things work.
How did you become acquainted with KUDO?
I first started getting interested in Remote Simultaneous Interpreting (RSI) and associated technologies in about 2016. I could immediately see this was a game-changing development, and I wanted ‘in’! Through a combination of events and collaborations, I got to know some of the folk at KUDO and could see what a great outfit it was. Applying to join the team was a very natural progression from there.
