KUDO Marketplace is the world’s only online marketplace for finding, booking, and paying professional human language interpreters for any platform. The marketplace hosts 12,000+ professional interpreters covering in 200+ spoken and sign languages, with subject matter expertise.
To book an interpreter with KUDO, simply choose where your preferred meeting platform and fill in the meeting details (date, time, etc.). Next, select the languages you’ll need and tell us the subject matter of your meeting. This will help us source the best interpreter(s) for your session. To finish, confirm the interpreter fee, purchase your credits, and be matched with KUDO Pro certified interpreter(s) immediately.
The process of finding, booking, and paying interpreters takes minutes. Interpreters can be confirmed for meetings with as little as a 12-hour lead time.
KUDO can support up to 32 languages per meeting.
Yes, sign language is supported on KUDO Marketplace.
KUDO Marketplace chooses the interpreters automatically for meetings scheduled for the next 2 to 12 hours. KUDO reviewers will vet the selection for any other meetings and make any necessary adjustments.
KUDO Marketplace is designed for full redundancy. The system will automatically engage a different interpreter if the one initially scheduled for the meeting does not acknowledge the prompt to join or isn’t available. KUDO reviewers monitor the service 24×7 and will be notified instantly should an interpreter need to be replaced.
As a client, you are the only one with the power to cancel the meeting. According to the KUDO Marketplace cancellation policy, if your cancellation notice is over 72 hours in advance of the meeting, then there is no penalty. If it is between 24 hours and 72 hours, 50% of the price is charged. If it is less than 24 hours before the meeting, 100% of the fee is charged.
KUDO interpreters meet minimum hardware and connectivity requirements and can interpret on KUDO with limited supervision.
KUDO Marketplace does not identify the interpreters you had previously worked with. However, unless you had an unsuccessful experience with previous interpreters, the KUDO reviewers will always do their best to reconduct the same team of interpreters for your meetings upon the interpreters’ availability.
Please bear in mind that meeting changes are not reflected or automatically communicated to the interpreters. If changes need to be made to a meeting (no later than 72 hours before the meeting – please see KUDO Marketplace cancellation policy), please reach out to our Language Services team at ls@kudoway.com to inform KUDO of the changes.
