New York, NY – KUDO Inc. has been shortlisted for the 2019 Future of Meetings Awards as one of the five most promising startups in the meetings technology sector.
KUDO is the leading cloud-based solution for multilingual video and web conferencing, a platform allowing people and businesses to trade, collaborate and meet more effectively across geographic and language barriers.
A true springboard for new products and services in the meetings industry, the Award is organized by the Meetings Design Institute (MDI) in partnership with The Meetings Show. The panel of experts that will choose the finalists includes industry heavyweights like Carsten Pleiser, Adam Parry, Felix Rundel, Rosa Garriga and Sofia Rodrigues Teles.
“The Future of Meetings Award showcases technology that is likely going to change the face of meetings and events in the years to come,” says Ross Barker, commercial director of The Meetings Show and one of the judges. “We received a large number of entries and the competition was tough, but KUDO’s entry stood out.”
This nomination confirms the relevance the industry currently assigns to language. “Language should not be a privilege. Language is a human right, and KUDO is in to enforce it through more inclusive and affordable meetings”, says Fardad Zabetian, KUDO’s founder and CEO.
On Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 June at Olympia London, The Meetings Show will bring together more than 4,500 industry professionals for 48 hours of meetings, intense networking and learning. Award winners will be announced on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, during the show.
