KUDO NAMES CAROLINE PARANIKAS GENERAL COUNSEL

First Post Series A Hire to Focus on Compliance

(May 26, 2021) – Caroline Paranikas has joined the C-Suite serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at KUDO, the web-based multilingual meeting  platform used by major government, diplomatic and enterprise entities in the U.S., the APAC region, EMEA and South America. After announcing its Series A in April, 2021, Paranikas is the first to join the quickly growing KUDO team that has swelled by 3500% since the beginning of 2020.

A Harvard Law School and Universite Pantheon-Assas (Paris II) graduate, Paranikas worked in the corporate and transactional practice of the London and Chicago offices of Kirkland & Ellis.  She then moved in-house with the global commercial real estate services company, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she created and led the legal M&A function overseeing more than 80 acquisitions, investments and corporate transactions during a 10-year period. Paranikas is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, teaching a French Law Seminar. Alongside her daughter, Paranikas tutors and mentors refugee children for RefugeeOne.
